First, we have to process your order: order verification, tailoring, and product quality check. Due to high volume of orders, orders take 3 to 5 days to process.

Then, we ship the order. Shipping time refers to the time your order takes from being shipped out, to reaching your front door step. All orders within the continental Untied States will be shipped within our U.S. warehouse, and all other orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your residency.

However, if our U.S. warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from our closest international warehouse.

Current average shipping time ranges from 5-8 days. 

 Yes, you will receive your tracking link and number through email 1 or 2 business days after purchase. From there, you can have instant access to live reports of your order.

We sincerely apologize if the merchandise you received differed from what you ordered. Please contact our customer service to arrange for the item to be returned for a free replacement. We provide a 3 day window, upon delivery, to inspect the product for any shipping damages.
